Why I take photographs

I like it. Since 1975 when I used the high school's Nikon and photographed President Ford in a stop at Evansville, IN I have been hooked. I always saw it as an art with a twist of science and even today with digital photography I love it even more. My favorite photos are of people and when I look at the photographs of people I photographed long ago I wonder how are they doing, did they grow old, do they remember the brief time we spent together.
